Worst stepping for overlocking there is on these chips. Lots of people can't get them over 2.5, but I've found a few "cabbages" that were in the 2.8-3 range on air cooling. Hopefully mine is one of those exceptions.

There are a lot of small but annoying issues with some games (like WoW) and some drivers with a dual core CPU, so I bought an Opteron 150. It costs about $130 less than my 4400+, and is very overclockable. I plan on getting the most out of it with the beastly Thermalright cooler.
