i'm not sure why u do not want to end this dispute....i will not threaten u, but i'm making a good faith settlement offer....if u dont accept, i will cooperate with the sherriffs and i will, in confidence tell u of the investigations that the dea r also asking me to cooperate.
u settle with the 300 dollars, i disappear, withdrawl the default and not accept a single call from the law enforcement agencies......

I also got a voice mail from him. It started out with, "I think your email was humorous, but it's really asinine. It's obvious you guys think this is a fuckin' joke.." and after that his speech was so slurred I couldn't make any of it out. I replied with this:
